Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label (where applicable), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days.

After your order has been processed, the estimated shipping time is 5–8 days.

Please note that the total estimated delivery time consists of both the order processing time and shipping time. Therefore, orders are generally expected to arrive within approximately 6–11 days after the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped to the European Union, consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within the applicable 14-day withdrawal period without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may notify us within the applicable 14-day period that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Returned items should be kept in substantially the same condition as received and returned in accordance with applicable law and our return instructions. You should also provide your order information, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
