We also reserve the right to discontinue products or limit available quantities at any time.

2.1 Safety When Using Electric Saws

Handheld electric saws and cordless saws are tools that may cause serious injury or property damage if used incorrectly.

  • follow all manufacturer safety instructions;

  • use appropriate personal protective equipment;

  • use the product only for its intended purpose;

  • not use the product if it is damaged or visibly defective;

  • keep children and unauthorized persons away from the equipment;

  • not use the equipment while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances that may impair ability;

  • perform maintenance and cleaning only in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

If you are unsure how to use the product safely, you should not use the equipment until you have obtained appropriate professional advice.

2.2 Product Changes

We reserve the right to change product characteristics, technical specifications, or packaging where necessary and where applicable legal requirements are observed.

Such changes do not automatically create a right to return the goods or receive a refund if the delivered goods continue to comply with the contractually agreed characteristics.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT

Receipt of your order does not automatically constitute acceptance of your purchase offer.

Products containing lithium-ion batteries or other batteries may be subject to special transportation and safety regulations.

Customers agree to use batteries exclusively in accordance with the supplied safety and operating instructions.

Damaged, swollen, leaking, or otherwise defective batteries must not continue to be used.

We do not provide an additional voluntary commercial warranty. Your statutory rights relating to defective goods and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

For damage involving injury to life, body, or health, and for claims under mandatory product liability legislation, statutory liability rules apply.

In particular, we cannot be held responsible for damage arising exclusively from use of a product contrary to its operating instructions, safety instructions, or intended purpose where such limitation is legally permissible.

For handheld saws and power tools, users have a particular responsibility to fully comply with safety and operating instructions.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Nordic Maritime Solutions DK ApS against third-party claims arising directly from your culpable violation of these Terms or applicable law.

This does not apply to the extent that the relevant claim was caused by our own legally relevant misconduct or where indemnification is excluded by law.

If any provision of these Terms is wholly or partially invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

Where legally permissible, an invalid provision will be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the original provision.
